1. Who we are

BreakRecordz is a trade name of Ismael Portillo, an individual based in Honduras. Contact: support@breakrecordz.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean BreakRecordz, and "you" means the person who buys or uses the product.

2. What you are buying

A digital product for people who make videos about GTA: 8 systems as PDF files, 5 utilities, and the Advanced Drawer (two extra chapters), all in one download. Nothing is shipped. There is no subscription and no account to create.

3. Who sells it to you

Your payment goes through our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record. That means the partner is the seller on your order: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Its own buyer terms cover the purchase, and you accept them at checkout. Its name is shown at checkout and on your receipt. These terms cover the product itself and how you may use it.

4. Price and delivery

The price is the one shown on this site at checkout. You get the files right after you pay.

5. Age

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy.

6. What you may do with the product

When your payment goes through, we give you a personal license to use the product. You may read the systems and use them to plan and make your own videos, on any channel you run. You may run the utilities as often as you like for your own videos, and print copies for yourself.

You may not share, resell, upload or give away the files, in full or in part. You may not post them where others can download them, or use them to make a product that competes with this one.

The videos you make are yours. We claim no rights in them.

7. The AI utilities

Three of the five utilities need a paid AI plan. They were built and tested on Claude Code and work with other AI tools. That plan is not part of this purchase. Claude is made by Anthropic, which is not connected to BreakRecordz. Any AI tool you use has its own terms and its own costs. AI tools can get things wrong, so check what they write before you post it. The utilities run on your own computer and your own AI account, and they send nothing to us.

8. No promised results

The product gives you a plan built from a study of GTA channels. Results vary. Nothing here promises views, subscribers or income. What happens on your channel depends on you, on the platforms and on many things outside our control.

9. Platform rules and game footage

You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you post on and the copyright rules for any game footage you use. The product explains what we found about those rules. It is not legal advice.

10. Not affiliated

BreakRecordz is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are their trademarks, used here only to say what the product is about.

11. Refunds

12. Limits on our responsibility

We provide the product as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income, lost views or a penalty on your channel. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought still apply to that purchase.

14. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Honduras. This does not take away any protection the consumer laws of your country give you. Your purchase itself is also covered by our payment partner's buyer terms.
