The short version

All sales are final once your download starts. Files that won't open get fixed or refunded.

Why

This is a digital product. You get every file the moment you pay, so it cannot be sent back.

When you do get help or your money back

Files that won't download or open: tell us and we will fix it or send you a new copy. If that does not work, you get a refund through our payment partner.

Pre-orders: we do not take them. You only pay when the files are ready to download.

Your legal rights: this policy does not take away any right the consumer laws of your country give you. It also does not change your card company's dispute process.

Our payment partner's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Where they give you more than this page does, they come first.

If you live in the EU or the UK

At checkout you agree that delivery starts right away, and you lose the right to cancel within 14 days once your download begins.

Nothing to cancel

This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.

Email support@breakrecordz.com with your receipt or order number and what went wrong. We answer within 3 business days.
