1. Who is responsible for your data
BreakRecordz is a trade name of Ismael Portillo, an individual based in Honduras. Contact: support@breakrecordz.com. We decide how the data described here is used.
2. What we collect and why
When you buy: our payment partner, Dodo Payments, runs the checkout and sends us your name, email address, country and order details. We use them to deliver the product, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires. We never see your full card number. We process this because it is needed to carry out our agreement with you, and to meet legal duties.
When you email us: we get your email address and what you write. We use it to answer you. We process this to carry out our agreement with you. If you have not bought, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.
When you visit this site: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad tracking, and has no sign-up forms. When you open the checkout or your customer portal, our payment partner's pages use Meta's pixel, which can set cookies, so we can measure which ads lead to a purchase. Meta's own privacy policy applies to that. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you asked for, to run the site and keep it secure. This site also loads fonts from Fontshare and a code library from cdnjs (run by Cloudflare). Your browser shares your IP address with them when it fetches those files. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure site.
3. Who we share it with
Only the services that run this business: our payment partner (Dodo Payments), our hosting provider (Vercel), our email provider, the font and code services named above, and Meta, for ad measurement. We do not sell your data. The checkout tells Meta when it is viewed, when payment details are entered and when a purchase happens, so we can measure our ads. Meta may link these events to your Meta account. Your card details are never part of that.
4. Where your data goes
We are based in Honduras, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as yours.
5. How long we keep it
Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails: up to 2 years after our last message, then deleted. Hosting logs: a short period set by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. You can also ask us to limit how we use it, stop using it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email support@breakrecordz.com and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. What you have to give us
To buy, you need to give an email address and payment details, because we cannot deliver the product without them. Everything else is up to you.
8. No automated decisions
We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
9. Children
This product is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
